A website has been designed that links up with social networking sites to advertise when you are not at home.

pleaserobme.com has been created by a company called 'Forthehack' and aims to increase awareness about what details you share online.

It works off Twitter, feeding information you post advertising when you aren't at home.

Although it doesn't advertise your address, if you have shared that information on your Twitter or Facebook site it's easily available to would be thieves.
