Seaworld trainer dies in whale attack

Dawn Brancheau, 40, who had trained the whale named Tilikum for 16 years was either dragged or fell into the whale pool moments before a show at Seaworld in Orlando.
The whale named Tilikum had been involved in the death of a trainer in Canada back in 1991.
It's also reported there have been other attacks on trainers by whales at Seaworld.
Seaworld have said an investigation is underway.
