The grandson of the Toyota founder is being questioned by US lawmakers following the companie's safety problems which have resulted in deaths.

Mr Akio Toyota has recently said that the company, founded in the 1935, was allowed to grow too fast, which may have contributed to problems.

Toyota's profits have fallen 0.2% following the recent brake problems, recalls and Mr Toyota's public apology.

Mr Toyota gave an emotional thank you to Toyota employees, thanking them for their support through the recent difficult times.
